Wake up to loons calling and end your days with spectacular sunset views over a well protected, open bay. A large swim dock makes it ideal for swimming and playing in the water. The beautiful forest road is perfect for forest walks and wildlife sightings.
Location
This cottage is located between Sparrow Lake and Lock 42 on the Trent Severn Waterway system that connects Lake Ontario to Port Severn on Georgian Bay. It overlooks a wide, yet well protected bay, so the water is usually calm and perfect for exploring, with spectacular sunse cottage is accessible by both boat and car.
ABOUT US
This cottage has been in our family for generations. It has been a place filled with incredible memories and served as a gathering place as everyone has ended up in different corners of the globe. It is the perfect place to play on the water, explore nature, and make lasting memories. A path links it to the neighboring property (to the left as seen above), which is also ours, although they remain distinct spaces with individual character.

A large dock with a swim ladder is perfect for sitting and reading a book, laying in the sun, or playing in the water.

A large deck with Muskoka chairs, gets sun for the majority of day and overlooks the water.
COMPLETE KITCHEN
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, four burner electric stove, French press, and cooking basics. Easy access to a barbeque on the deck.
FOUR BEDROOMS
Three queen bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with closets and supplied with pillows and blankets, comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Please bring your own sheets or inquire about options to have them provided.

Bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and it supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels
Living SPACE
The open concept living space includes a dining table and living room arrangement. It connects to the kitchen and has direct access onto the deck. There is a separate cozy sunroom, perfect for reading a book or enjoying a morning coffee.
